Hello readers. Changed the whole feel of my blog, hope that you guys like it! :) Seriously a little lazy to go into the details :b It's 2015 already, I still write the year wrongly some times at work, anyone having the same problem as me?
This year's an unsual new year where I only go visiting on the 4th day. I had a lousy reunion dinner too at a lousy coffee shop with lousy sharp fin soup :' . Some family problems so my dad broke up ties with his family. So I miss my Aunts, Uncles, Godparents, and cousins. So i was just working all the way at MICE and looting the $14/hour pay hehe. Super looked forward to 初四 with the relatives from my mother side but as usual when you look forward to something too much, you get disappointed because you'll have high expectations for it. Maybe we all grew up, maybe we all grew distant. I was prepared for a buffet of laughter but it turned out pretty boring. SOBS
After that went to visit Dad's friend's house. I went there to eat dinner until I was super bloated and sleep lol. They woke me up when they finished chatting to leave. I feel rude. Their son, weijie was surprisingly good looking after a year and made me awkward out even though he's supposed to be my 'younger brother'. LOL, cannot talk to good looking people hahaa #shyLynetteModeOn
In the chinese tradition, lunar new year last for 15 days but usually people only go visiting for the first four to seven days max haha. Also, MICE is offering $11/hour for the 5th to 7th day of new year so lets go spam work!^^The best part was that I'm working with my best friend, Cheryl.
The first day was really bad as I forgot to bring my staff ID, and used to IC to exchange a T (temporary) pass and I ended up losing the pass. SIGH PIE. can't believe i'm 19 and so blur and helpless. Went to the police cantonment centre at outram to make a police report and paid $50 to RWS for that lost T card.
The reason why I say sometimes things are a blessing in disguise? Because of all this shit clumsiness and carelessness, there were some miscommunication they thought I didn't come and sent Cheryl up to where I was working (because there have a lot of different events at one time) and we ended up being away to work together YAYYY. I'm proud to say we have good skills interacting with aunties now :) The aunties are legit fierce, scold vulgarities and not to be fooled with.

On some night after my work, went to clarke quay because I'm a good friend. HAHA, this commando had his 'ALLOCATED' leave and booked out!
Bought some drinks from a random cheers and chilled by the bridge. Thanks for calling me beautiful and telling me that I have a nice smile non stop despite knowing my secret (which isn't very much of a secret if you guys read my blog) but still.. it's a big insecurity of mine. And telling me what decoy recee area safe some shit haha and answering my call when some weird angmoh tried to pick me up on the way back
It was a Friday night working at wavehouse and decided to stayover at my BFF's house wheee. Already prepared to stayover but not sure of the venue hence brought my two pikachus out to experience the world today. There was this super cute auntie who asked me, xiao mei, the pikachu so big not heavy meh? LOL then she carried it and answered herself, ok lah not heavy. I just smiled politely :X
What do girls do at stayovers man. Talk about the cutest guys in school? Paint our nails? Gossip like gossipgirls? NAHH. I think we've passed that typical teenage gossip girls age and now all we hold is intelligent and matured discussions okay :) JOKING, what's a friend that you can't be silly with? Let alone a BFF! Watch some movie? Well we watched Save The Last Dance, cause someone recommended me as an old classic but it was rather boring to me as it kept featuring the same dancer throughout. And you know liking a dancer is like subjective cause each dancer cause their our flavour and style, they could really offer me more choices. Also, we watched a couple of Dance Choreography on youtube.
Selfie (stop correcting me, I know it's meant for a self) isn't bad, it makes you love yourself more because only people who feel confident of themselves, will love to take photos or people who are seeking that new confidence will try their best to present the prettiest side of themselves to feel socially accepted and secure. NOT CRAP THATS HOW THE WORLD WORKS REALLY. So stop complaining about how girls take 100 photos and deletes 99 of them. PFFT.
Of course, the best part is embracing this flaws and seeing them in a beautiful way. In that way, you'll never be ashamed of your unglams because your heart is convinced that you are beautiful no matter what :)
Went pasir ris park to slack and catch up with CL. Tried Long Island (11%) and it's not bad, a mixture of gin, rum, vodka and if you drink fast enough you actually can get a little light headed haha. It's more comfortable to talk like that.
This week is a lazy week didn't feel like working hence took a week off and also to settle down from my 'I expected to be' depressing results.
It turns out to not be that bad.
And I don't see anything secretive about it. So my grades are ACD/A . Math A, Chem C, Bio D and Econs A. After adding chinese, my rank point is 74, which is my school's average. I'm quite happy over my results as i've really expected worst from a person who got only 3 ungraded and 1 subpass for prelims. A little sad how my brain works more on the analytic side even though I never like stuffs that are in order and fixed. So because of that ugly D my chances of getting into psychology is low. Gonna still try applying and hopefully they let me go in for the interview. My alternative choices would be econs, sociology. ALL THE SOCIAL SCIENCE AND ARTS THATS RIGHT. Even though I flunk my science. HAHAH, especially my bio. BYE
