Seoul bound 10th - 15th July
Hello readers, two weeks of my life just dashed pass my eyes since I'm back from my wanderlust.
Yes one thing Seoul is not short of is Cafes!! So many creative and pretty food! Here's one I went to: Remicone! It's a little like Milk Cow with the cotton candy at the top yea?
*I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS THAT I'M BACK ALREADY. IT WAS TOO SHORT TOO FAST :(*
Here's some update about the land of shopping and fashion, Seoul.
(I actually have lesser photos of Seoul despite my longer stay here because I mostly went shopping instead of sightseeing. All their streets are bustling with people and hence it was quite hard for me to capture any nice shots. Furthurmore, all their shopping streets e.g. dongdaemun, namdaemun... consists of majority the same few big cosmetic brands HAHA Nauture Republic, Face Shop, Too Cool For School, 3CE.., and Arithium (Which is like our watsons they say))
N Seoul Tower
OMG this is a place for couples.. you know all the love locks you see in dramas? YEAH ... quite an interesting feeling coming here alone HAHA!
It is actually at the top of Namsan Park and I conquered a super steep hill (Korea has endless STEEP slopes), took me a good 30 mins to reach the top... I was really panting. The journey down was even harder because it's so steep I can't really brake, or it'll injure my knees so I skipped/ ran downslope haahaha!
Ewha Woman's University
This prestigious school has became a tourist attraction because it's such a beautiful campus?? I can just stroll along the park or look at the blue skies when I'm stressed from studying... xD Actually stopped by here because it was on the way to Nb2 (JYP opened hiphop club) in Hongdae.
Nb2 hip hop club!!
This was a last minute decision as my dance friend happen to be in Seoul too and impromptu jio me to club! HAHA my first experience of korea's night life WOHOO~~ Met some new friends too that were from Tokyo, Japan~
We didn't really drink that much at first.. until the guys started buying us beer like it's free flow OMG. But it was fun :)
Other than the fact that people were all smoking inside... I really like their hiphop jam! Was having so much fun grooving & parting~
Common Ground
Okay, this is the hipster shopping mall that is also the only place where I took slightly more photos. The stuffs were slightly pricier but the blue tanks were really special and nice as backdrops :b
1 Million Dance Studio!
How can I go to any country without dancing right~~ Finally attended class @ 1million after watching so many videos from them. Took a package of 4 classes, took KooSung, EunHo and Bongyoung's class!! YAY *inserts 1000 heart shapes cause guys who dance are and will always be GEMS*
Got selected to be in Koosung and Bongyong's video YAYY~ That really boosted my confidence in myself a little. :') (I'm still waiting for the videos to be uploaded on Youtube)
Only took photo with Bongyoung (legendary female killer HAHAA) cause I was always rushing from one class to the next classes queue. You must know to finish 4 classes in 5 days is no easy feat especially like I was to include my sightseeing/ shopping itinerary!
YES THE CLASSES TAKES UP TO 1 HOUR TO QUEUE AND YOU CAN ONLY STAND IN THE MIDDLE... you have to come 1.5 hours earlier if you wanna be in the first row. & the class size takes about 60 people, it's always full. THAT IS FREAKING PACKED TO BE COMFORTABLE TO DANCE IN WITHOUT SLAPPING ANYONE.
Shameless selfie as I put on the 'typical korean look' HEH.
K-Pop FANS!! DOOTA MALL
Theres two floor on K-wave that you need to pay to enter and I obviously did not pay to enter HAHAA. Saw Song Joong Ki everywhere, enough hor.
I can't really blog about each markets one by one... so let's do a combined one called FOOODDD!!
LIFE IS ENDLESS STREET FOOD AND BINGSU
When you have Toms n Toms & starbucks everywhere 24 hours! WOHOO bingsu and hot chocolates into my tummy!
Traditional Korean meal! Their appetiser / side dish is refillable!
Yes one thing Seoul is not short of is Cafes!! So many creative and pretty food! Here's one I went to: Remicone! It's a little like Milk Cow with the cotton candy at the top yea?
DAmn Son, look at my damn oysters. There were expensive cause it's big and juice and fresh but omg my life is complete after I ate these.

Kimchi Gyoza! To me it was like an experience of my favourite food (Gyoza) in their country (KimChi)
You know bingsu's serving is generally large and when I get to binge on them alone.. it's shiok but really abit too much ICE very COLD hahha!
Also went to a few other places like Hongik University, and I was staying in Gangnam-gu area so the moment I stepped out of my apartment I was surrounded by branded shops like Guess etc LOL. But it obviously wasn't a region that I shopped in. And I completed my skincare and make-up haul here! Before I came, I went to research online on all the hot-selling/ highly recommended/ must buy korean cosmetic products and I SWEP ALL OF THEM HOME MUAHHA. Masks masks masks. Skincare over make up okay! ;) You need to use good skincare to use lesser Make-up to cover up and also make-up makes your skin unable to breathe and hence you will have worst skin and need more make-up haahah! RELIGIOUSLY CLEAN YOUR SKIN WELL AND REMOVE MAKE-UP properly every night. I did a 360 degree change in my skincare regime and routine ever since I'm back from Korea :) And my skin has been feeling much more moisturized and I try to let it breathe by not putting on make-up everyday/ only light make-up.
That's all!!! Many loves to all of you that reads my blog that is written in the most unsystematic + messy photos order HAHA.
Shall try to update about life back in Singapore soon since my wanderlust was obviously.. quite some time over & now all my finances ($$) have to be directed to saving for Uni. :') NO MORE MONEY FOR IMPROMPTU TRIPS!
